We bought an Arlo Video Wire-free Arlo Doorbell and wanted access for 3 family members. My husband has set it up and added me via Grant access. I have received the email which only says "Create New Account" - there is NO access link.
On creating the new account there are No shared devices, only an add new device option, which takes you through a whole new installation process which I can't complete as my husband has set up on his account.
Reading through the forum I see Several People have had the Same Problem. A user mentioned he had to return the product as he couldn't find a solution to this problem. One user says he managed to resolve this issue by using the webportal instead and I can see his thread has been closed/resolved. He hasn't mentioned details about which part of the web portal or what he did for his wife to obtain access successfully??
I have come to a wits end asking husband to resend the grant access email several times which - Always Only mentions Create new account, Never an access link. I have tried all parts of the app/web portal and similarly for my mother-in-law. We just cannot access this doorbell on my husband's account.
Surely it should not be so difficult. Very easy process to provide secure access to other family members with other doorbells we have used previously.

Browse to my.arlo.com on the PC, and log into one of the friend accounts. Then click on the link in the invite email for that account.

I had this same problem setting up my daughter with access. The email always says "Create Account" with nothing about granting access. She created an account but no prompt to accept the invitation.
I logged her out of her phone and went to my.arlo.com on her computer. Logged in there and then again on her phone and it worked.
What a pain but at least I got it to work.
