Grant Access video Doorbell AVD1001

I have just fitted video doorbell

It seems  to be working fine so far

I want to grant access for my wife, I added her and it emailed her but email just had a create account button, she has opened an Arlo account but there seems to be no link or other way to actually grant her the access to the doorbell. I just want her to get doorbell calls a access too.

Any ideas to help?

Have her click on the create account link on a PC.  That should open a PC browser (at my.arlo.com).  Then she should log into her account.

There is a token embedded in the email link that should result in accepting the friend invite when she does this.
