Videos starts playing then gets struck. But Audio is running behind.  I have to manually scroll the video timer to see video actions. I also have pro5s outdoor camera too. Same issue. I tried contacting support. Its useless. They asked me uninstall and reinstall app and also reinstall camera. Still no luck. I spent 300$ on 2 cameras and a hub feels not worth it.

This is often a connection problem.  Maybe try placing the Pro 5s in the same room as the hub (just as a test), and see if you get the same issue (or not).

If the hub is right next to your router, then try moving it as far away from the router as the cord can reach.  If the two are very close to each other, the router radio can overload the hub antenna system, and that will create connection issues.

Hi @Aswath03

Are you still experiencing these symptoms?

Yes still there. All the videos by 2 cameras are same. I even moved the router far as i could.

Does this occur on the web portal as well from a PC? Do any other handheld devices display this symptom?

Which model phone and Arlo app version are you using?
