Hello, when I purchased this item on the box it says 3 months included. Where I can find a secure code to activate the subscription for 3 months?

It should have automatically been added to your account when first installing it. Go to Settings, Subscription to verify that the trial is there. If it's past 3 months you'll need to purchase a plan to keep the same features.

When I go to the Settings-Subscription to use my 3 months free trial system is asking for the code. I don't have any ideas where this code should be at?

Where did you buy the doorbell - arlo.com or a store? It sounds like you should have some documentation based on the purchase.
