May I ask which troubleshooting steps you have performed so far? I don't want to suggest any methods you have previously performed.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app. I have removed the battery, removed the device off the Arlo app, reinstalled the battery, scanned for new devices, added the doorbell again, but still the same. Again it works perfect with wifi but times out after 10 seconds using data trying to connect. I am using iPhone 12 IOS 15.1.1

Can you try updating to iOS 15.2 and test again? I am not able to replicate this issue as described.

I suggest calling your mobile carrier in regards to the mobile data causing an issue with you SIP calls. There might be a streaming limit of some sort.
