Had the doorbell working successfully for a few days.  Struggled during setup with QR codes, but somehow managed to get everything set up.  Doorbell was linked to two Chime 2 and to Echo Show and everything was quite neat.  Then a few days ago we were unable to see the front door with the Echo Show; learned that the doorbell was not connected.  We did have stormy weather and lost power for a bit, so that may have been the cause.  My attempts to get everything working again has stalled.  At this point, I've been able to scan the QR code successfully, but cannot get Arlo to discover the doorbell.  I've read thru all the troubleshooting recommendations and believe I've done all the requisite steps re wifi connections.  Did NOT get any flashing amber lights.  Decided to start all over and did a reset.  Again, got as far as successfully scanning the QR code, but cannot get thru the next step.  I wish I had kept detailed notes on how the first setup was successfully done, but I admit there was a lot of random trial-and-error (and luck) as opposed to a logical and reasoned approach.  Seeking help again.  Thanks!

Eagles312,

When you say you did a reset, did you perform a factory reset as detail in the article below? What LED behaviors are you seeing during setup?

Did a factory reset per the article.  After pressing and holding the reset button, the LED did a fast flash for about 5 seconds, then went blank.  Not sure if this meant that the reset was done, failed, or ??

The LED fast flash was white, not amber.
