Essential Doorbell battery not charging above 50%

Essential Doorbell installed less than a year. Re-charged the battery 3 times with no issues. Just tried to recharge again and it will not charge beyond 50% no matter how long I leave the charging cable plugged in for (over 8 hours).

 

Anyone had a similar problem?

Use Settings, Support for a possible battery replacement.
