Doorbell stops sending notifications.

I have had many Arlo products over the years and love them. However, I have had nothing but issues with the doorbell. I had one that worked great, then stopped working. No more notifications at all. When I tried to reset it and add it again, it wouldn’t add back to the base station. Tried several different times. So I ordered a new one. It worked great for 3 weeks. Then the exact same thing. It just stops sending notifications. I have adjusted all the settings in the app, reset the doorbell itself and try to connect it back to the base station. It took me several days to finally get connected again, and still won’t record anything. Advice?

For recordings to be saved in the library, the doorbell needs to have an active Arlo Secure subscription or trial plan. Is there a subscription associated with the doorbell?
