Doorbell phone keeps ringing

When doorbell rings I slide to answer on iPhone and phone just keeps ringing

May I ask which troubleshooting steps you have performed so far? I don't want to suggest anything you have previously performed.

Don’t know what trouble shooting to do. Am sr citizen

Do you know which model phone you have by chance? 

Can you try removing and re-download the Arlo app and test the phone call feature again?

That seems to be working but seems delayed. Will keep testing for use. Thank you.
