I cannot find it in Home Mode to add a new rule, but oddly it's showing in Arm Away mode. Motion detection is on, but the "then" statement is grayed out. NO options to record video, activate siren, or send notification.
Doorbell views live video OK. But does not record anything to cloud despite me having a subscription.
I deactivated, remove battery, and reset the camera, then re-paired it and it's not coming up in Home Mode. Tried several times setting up on 2 different Arlo hub with no success. Is my doorbell defective? It was working fine for 10 days until last week. I've been troubleshooting ever since.

What Home Mode? Geofencing? Are you using the old or new interface (Library vs. Feed)?

The mode I'm talking about is in routines. Then I go into settings for Arm Away to see a list of devices. Doorbell is listed but everything os grayed out. Cannot select rules.
In Arm Home, doorbell is not even listed.
I was convinced my doorbell has malfunctioned so I bought another doorbell, set it up, and same issue persists!! What a strange bug.

The doorbell or any other cameras need to be added to all modes - they don't transfer over from the old interface. Can you delete the doorbell in Arm Away and re-add it?

I tried that to no success. The problem here is I can't add the doorbell again because it doesn't even populate in list of devices. Once it's deleted, no modes shows it on the list of devices and the only way to get it to show in Arm Away is by deactivating the doorbell and setting it up again

I found that having a doorbell connected to my hub caused this sort of problem. It would live view but not record. Removing it from my account and connecting it to WiFi "fixed" the problem of not recording and not being in the list of devices to add to a mode.
