My video doorbell has ceased functioning on 2 fronts.
1) It no longer detects motion especially within 1 metre.

2) When the doorbell is pressed I no longer get notifications and I’m unable to communicate with caller. If I’m at home the bell push operates the chimes.

i can use the app to select live view and record images. The doorbell is connected to the mains, via transformer. However the battery seems to stuck at 70% charge, although previously it would recharge regularly.

The first thing support would suggest is to remove the doorbell from your account, reset it and then add it back in to see if the issues disappear.

Thank you. All sorted now. However it took 3 resets before QR was successfully read.
