Doorbell connects to app and then goes offline

Tried searching for same behaviour, but not anyone seems to have the same exact issue.

My doorbells is almost 3 years old, no issue untill 1 week ago when it went offline, tried reseting and paring again (since just removing battery to restart did nothing). It connects to the app, I can give it a name. But then the LED goes amber and it's unreachable. It does respond to ping, so it's connected to the wifi and has a connection. Restarting with removal of battery makes it no longer connected. The apps still shows the camera, but offline. If I try to "change SSID" it chimes but do not go online in the app.

Even tried connecting it with WPS to the wifi. And it works, every single time. But still not connected to the app.

I think I need to throw in towel soon.

Anyone have any suggestions?
