Hi, I just got my arlo video doorbell within the past month, and the videos take so long to load that it's nearly useless. If i get a motion alert, it takes multiple minutes to load. I have no issues with my internet; I have verizon fios and am able to use it for all other streaming/video calling with no problems. And I'm on the latest version of the Arlo ios app, and I have a newer iphone. Does anyone know how to troubleshoot this? I saw some other threads where the issue went unresolved.

Have you tried the web client? Can you live view quickly and manually record?

No, the web client also takes a long time. It seems about as slow as the mobile app.

That would seem to imply a connection issue between your doorbell and your router or hub, depending on how it's connected. Could be a signal strength and/or quality issue. What is the house construction? Are there any other wireless devices near either the doorbell or the router or hub?
