Doorbell battery

My phone says that the battery on my doorbell needs to be charged and will not show a video however, when I plug it into charge, it shows a green light as if it’s charged. What’s the problem?

May I ask which troubleshooting steps you have tried so far? I don't want to suggest anything you have previously performed.
