My wireless doorbell keeps having issues where the battery dies overnight. Doorbell is only a few months old, and I have numerous other arlos with no issues. It first happened about a month ago. Arlo sent me a new battery, that battery also died overnight. They then instructed me to perform a factory reset on the doorbell. I did this and the issue resolved for a month. Once the battery died again, I recharged it and it now again dies overnight (in the doorbell). I tried a factory reset again (twice) but this time the issue did not resolve, and every time I charge the battery it is dead the next morning.

Is the doorbell connected to existing wiring which would trickle charge the battery? My suspicion is that the doorbell is at fault so use Settings, Support to continue your efforts for a possible replacement.
