Chime 2 Scanned QR Code with iphone. It appears briefly with an arrow then disappears.

Trying to scan code on chime 2 on iphone. Code appears briefly with an arrow on it, then disappears before I can do anything. Have attempted scan at least 20 times, same result. Support said there was QR code in startup instructions but there was no QR code in the chime box. Any suggestions on how to activate chime 2 would be appreciated.

The QR code is found on the back of the Chime 2. Within the Arlo Secure mobile app, you should be able to tap the "+", select doorbells and chimes and then select Chime 2, follow the on screen instructions after scanning the QR code.
