Camera only recording black screen

So arlo was working fine. Then when we were away it started only recording a black screen. You can hear audio but no pic.  All previously recorded footage is now showing up black screen when we were Able to view it just yesterday

Are you still away?

Are you seeing video when you livestream the camera?

WHat happens if you download the video and use the free VLC (available on most devices) to see if that still happens.
