Since i have updated to the new Arlo app i am unable to get the chime to work by pushing the doorbell button
I have done all the usual ,removed and repaired the chime and yes it is connected to the wifi
The chime only works when the doorbell motion sensor is activated, which i had to set up through routines
I have tried it with silent mode on and with silent mode off
With silent mode off i get no chime only my phone rings
With silent mode on i have tried the 3 different toggles for incoming call, Chime and traditional chime in all different combinations but cannot get the doorbell button to activate the chime
It used to work fine with the old app but since updating the app, no good
i have been in contact with support and currently have a case open with no successful outcome
Surely im not the only one
