Hello! I’m recently having a problem with my doorbell cameras where when someone pushes the button I get a notification on my phone from the proper camera, but when I slide to answer it the video never connects nor am I able to speak to the person and they are unable to hear me.
This started being an issue after I changed my WiFi and had to reset the doorbells to factory and reconnect them to my WiFi network. I can’t seem to connect to the livestream camera either. Though I will see a screen capture of the most recent event.
