Arlo wireles doorbell

Hi all maybe some one knows how to fix. I have install n arlo doorbell on my phone its working , on his phone its not working . He get the call but when he answer the video stay black screen. On my phone i see good video. When i trie live video on his phone its working good. Wifi is good Doorbel have no mallfunction on my phone. I have resset and install it again it did not help . My only conclusion can be its a problem jn his phone. he got some samsung galaxy J type of phone. Hope some one knows anny about this problem

Have you tried reducing the resolution of the doorbell in the settings?
