Arlo videophone AVD2001Aer1.2 push button does not work

Problem started a few months ago when the early morning sun shone on the doorbell, suddenly we were getting early morning calls without anyone at the door.
Then I was surprised that the motion detection was not working either. And after that every person who was at our door was not answered.
I have already reset the device completely. The lights dim when movement is detected at the door but nothing comes in, the button still doesn't work. Silent mode is disabled.

Is it still under the 1 year warranty? Do you have a subscription? If so, use Settings, Support to start the replacement procedure.
