I bought an Arlo plan it’s not showing up in the Arlo camera app. I had a plan it expired. So I went in and I bought it and I have no way of getting in touch with anybody for help.  I’ve never dealt with a company that felt so adverse to dealing with their customers.

I've checked the account you have associated with the email address you are using here on the community and it does not show a plan associated with it.

 

When purchasing the new plan, did you receive any error messages when going through the purchase flow? Have you attempted the purchase again?
