I am trying to set up a subscription plan but am unable to because my billing country and account country is set as Denmark, even though I am in Colorado. Every time I contact support to change my country they chat bot sends me to the EU help desk but I can't contact them because I am in Colorado. When I go to account settings, the select option to change countries is disabled. I would like assistance changing my country to the USA.

WHich UI do you see - Feed (new UI) or Library (old UI) to see videos? When you set up the system did you happen to have a VPN connected or actually have been in Denmark? Try manually changing the location to someplace else to see what happens if possible. Make sure the app has full-time location services enabled in the phone settings. Screenshots may be useful.
