After less than two years, are Arlo won’t work anymore. We charge the battery and the light turns green, but we can’t get it to work. We tried everything. So their only solution through Arlo support was to buy a new one. I don’t think so. Plus, we paid for the year subscription in February and it stopped working in July. What a waste! We’ll be getting a Ring next.

Hi @Kdoppler
May I ask which troubleshooting steps you have tried so far? I don't want to suggest anything you have previously performed.

I tried using a different charging cord, but the battery still had a green light like it was fully charged. I tried removing the battery, putting a paper clip in the back to reset it, deleting my account and reinstalling it-nothing worked. The light on the front of the doorbell camera won’t go on. The only suggestion I was given by technical support was to buy a new one.

Of course. I tried all of these things several times. Clearly the Arlo doorbell does not last. Sad.

Are you sure this is a charging problem? Since the light is turning green, the battery appears to be charging.
When you say the doorbell "doesn't work", do you mean it can't be added to your account? Or do you mean something else?
