Arlo Essential Wireless Doorbell AVD2001 - HomeKit Secure Video update???

I'm starting a new thread for this because the others are really old now, and one post suggested that the wireless doorbells might be HomeKit Secure Video compatible by the end of 2023, which is nearly here. Can a mod or Arlo person provide any further info on this please?

Not a mod, but there is some confusion here.  

Arlo doesn't support HomeKit Secure Video for any cameras or doorbells, and I don't expect that to change.

Mods have said that the AVD2001 will have HomeKit support (it doesn't yet).  But they have never said that would include secure video.  The only way to get cloud storage is to get an Arlo Secure Subscription.
