Arlo Essential Wirefree Doorbell

We purchased an Arlo Essential Wirefree Doorbell and have been unable to set it up. For some reason it will not connect to our wifi. I have completed everything online that online suggests and still no luck!

wifi assist off-check

checked passwords and names and everything possible everywhere… still no luck.

we have XFinity and iPhones. Any other advice or solutions?
