Arlo Doorbell (AVD2001Aer1.2) not answering on iphone.

Whenever I try to answer the doorbell on phone it sits there with a grey screen and after 10-12 seconds disconnects. I can't see or talk to the people at the other end.

I've restarted both my basestation and the Doorbell but no luck.

Doorbell Firmware is at  1.2.0.0_624_718aea3_c998ba4

Base station Firemware is 1.17.1.2_3864_0e6c162

When going into the Device Info for both items on Arlo App it says 'No updates available" in Firmware.

 

Running on an iPhone 11 with software at 15.3.1

I've also updated the app on my iphone.

 

Given everything is up to date I assume this is a bug that needs to be reported and resolved.

Have you tried a different video resolution?

Yes. By Default I had it set to 720x720 (lowest setting) and have tried changing to 1080x1080 but still no luck.

Additionally - I can live view the camera OK - its only when trying to accept calls

Does anyone know how I can get Arlo to look at this/acknowledge this is a bug they are working on?

Do you have any other mobile devices you could test to see if you still experience the same behavior?
