Notifications to Iphone 11 and 13 only working when the phone is being used. (The app is always logged in). As long As i use the phone, for example WhatsApp, internet, video watching the notifications work fine.
When i put the phone down for a couple of minutes the doorbell notification (so calling the phone) doesn't work anymore.

When i try the same with an android phone there is no problem.

Internet WiFi is Excellent at the doorbell location. I use a TP Link Deco mesh setup, internet speed at doorbell location is 250/50.

The battery save mode is off. Background App refresh for the Arlo App is on. App is the latest version and iPhone is also up to date.

Any ideas?

Are you saying when the phone is asleep, notifications are not received? This seems to indicate a phone setting is suppressing the alerts when the device is idle or asleep. Check your device settings to see if this is a configuration option with your mobile device.
