I’m here to solve all you guys promblems, hopefully. I have a problem of giving up on things once I’ve started🤨 So, I set for 1 hour until I figured it out. This is for iPhone users, I am not sure about other devices.
Step 1 - go to you phone settings
Step 2 - scroll down to the arlo app
Step 3 - make sure the local network is on
Step 4 - go back to arlo app and you should be good to go 😎
