I am having a 2-3 min delay between when the doorbell is pressed and when the Arlo Chime 2 rings. There is no delay on the Mechanical Chime, SIP Phone call or notification from doorbell.
I have already done basic troubleshooting as shown below -
Doorbell not in Silent Mode.
Multiple Factory resets done to both Chime 2 and Doorbell.
No issues with Internet connectivity as I have a 500Mbps plan and a Mesh system.
Raised a support ticket with Arlo support and they have also sent me a replacement Chime 2, but the new Chime also shows the same delay.
It works fine for few hours after a factory reset, but then again the chime stops responding to the doorbell presses. The delay is also not consistent, but usually 2 -3 minutes and sometimes more. Also, I noticed that if I try to increase or decrease the Chime 2 Volume from the Doorbell settings, the audible response to the change from the Chime 2 is also delayed.
If I reboot the doorbell and/or Chime 2, it works fine for a few more hours (including response to volume level changes from Chime 2) and then back to the delayed response. Looks like the Chime and the doorbell has some delayed connection in the Arlo cloud end and this delay is introduced after sometime following a reboot of the Chime and/or Doorbell.
Arlo Doorbell Firmware version - 1.9.1.0_8_9eedd22_ceefa49
Chime 2 Firmware version - 1.1.0.0_318_05c36e0
@ShayneS , Any idea how to fix this?
@Olarsen96 and @TracyN , I have seen previous discussions from you guys about the same issue. Did you find any solution?

Hi,
This issue is now solved. The problem was with the ISP Modem firewall blocking the traffice between the Chime and Amazon Web Services.
Regards,
Fred

Hi @ShayneS , Any thoughts about this.
Also, if I activate the Siren, the Arlo Doorbell and the Chimes wont respond. But i can hear the Siren on the Arlo Floodlight Camera and Arlo Pro 5 Camera.
