Would anyone know why my doorbell is no longer storing recordings on my feed

First thing to check is the subscription status. Try making a manual recording while livestreaming the doorbell, and see if it works.

 

Also double-check that the doorbell is armed in the mode you are using.

Thanks Stephen. Yes, subscription is active. I'm not familiar with manual recording, fairly new to Arlo. I'll have a look later and try your suggestions. Thanks again

I’m having the same issue. My subscription was showing as “no plan” even though I have an active subscription. I contacted support today and they fixed the plan, but I’m still not getting any video on the feed.

They told me it’s an ongoing issue on their end. We rely a lot on our Arlo system, so I really hope this gets fixed soon.
