App can't find Arlo doorbell wireless

App can't find my wireless video doorbell. My wifi says it's connected tho. The actual doorbell works fine as far as I know. The app isn't working correctly. I have an android s20.

If it's already set up, you can't set it up again. Check Settings, My Devices to ensure it's found and all settings are correct.
