My Arlo Doorbell was working fine on Alexa. Providing alerts, etc.
As I tried to connect Alexa to my Pro 5, I was not successful. Alexa could not connect.
After about one minute, Alexa asks me if camera is turned on, same network, app is installed, etc.
Unfortunately, as I tried to troubleshoot the Alexa connection to the Pro 5, I decided to delete the VDB, the skill, and start from scratch. Now I can’t get any of them to show on the Alexa app.
Here are the steps I took:
-camera and VDB are charged.
-camera and VDB are on the network
-camera and VDB can be accessed
from the Arlo app
-I was able to successfully log in to the Arlo app from the Alexa app.
-I tried adding devices from Alexa using the options Arlo Camera and Arlo Doorbell.
-I tried to connect a Ring camera and it connected without issues.
Any suggestions?

I was able to figure out the issue.
I went to the Arlo App < Settings < Privacy Center < Partners < and I Connected ‘Alexa’.
The Alexa app found both devices right away.
Both devices show as connected but they also say:
“Live view unavailable in Alexa App”
Is this expected behavior?
****Update: I’m able to see live TV on both camera and VDB on my TV, with a fire stick.
I guess we have no issues. We just have to follow the steps described above.
