I have had my Arlo camaras for over a year and have been paying $19.99 a month for some sort of cloud storage. I recently added a doorbell camara and the system wants me to pay an additional $19.99 a month. I can't get ANYONE on the phone or email to respond to my issue. At this point I'm about to take down ALL of my Arlo Products and Buy the New RING camara system...... Arlo you need to do better......

What plan do you have? If it's an older legacy one, the best thing to do is to cancel it and subscribe to one of the current plans.
