My AVD2001 doorbell is silent inside my home and won't ring my internal doorbell when pressed.  Hoping someone can help me.  Thanks, much

Does it work at all (I.e videos being recorded, etc.)? Check the doorbell settings for Silent mode and ensure it's disabled.
