When adding the doorbell to the Arlo Secure app on iOS I'm asked if I want to connect to my base station, which I do... However when I select the option for base station it tells me that I need a firmware update on my doorbell. So I connect to my normal Wi-Fi and it tells me my firmware is up to date. So I check the base station VMB5000 and that is up to date too. So I go through the normal Wi-Fi setup and it works, then at the ends asks if I want to connect to the Base Station. When it searches for the doorbell it never finds it and setup cannot complete. Any ideas?

I would recommend rebooting the basestation (turn the power off then back on) , reset the doorbell (Press and hold the reset button on the back of the doorbell for about 15 seconds. The LED ring around the doorbell button on the front of the device flashes white when it successfully begins the reset process. After you reset the doorbell, you must add it to your account again.) and then try to connect it to the basestation.
