AVD2001 Doorbell Freeze Frames on Playback

Purchased the doorbell to add to a further 11 existing cameras and a remote chime.
Doorbell still in trial mode.
Records from activations but only captures first few seconds of video then freezes, audio remains intact.
Anybody have any ideas please?

Have you downloaded the video to view it? Maybe there's an issue with the app. I'd suggest using the free VLC viewer since it will play videos with corruption that others barf on.
