I have tried this both wireless and now have it wired with 21.8 volts at the pins to the doorbell. It does not light up so I can continue the process.

When i had it wirelessly, it could not find the doorbell.

I have about had it with this thing and am going to return it. My Pro 3 camera did fine and still does.

edndee,

Consider removing the battery and fully charging it. Reinsert and test to see if you get LED behavior. Do you still experience the same issue?

Hopefully AC?  DC won't work.
