Can the Arlo wireless doorbell be used with an intercom system?

I have an intercom system. Can the Arlo wireless system be used with the intercom to actuate the chimes?

Hi.. Essential Video Doorbell Wire-Free can be optionally hardwired to an existing 8-24V AC doorbell wiring outlet to ring your traditional digital or mechanical chimes (not intercom). If you've installed your doorbell wire-free, you can still ring an Arlo Chime as long as the Chime itself is connected to a compatible basestation or you can setup an Alexa / Google device to do the same. A new Arlo Chime 2 that can connect direct to your home WiFi is in the works and will be available in Q1'2021.
