Wiring... can it be hard wired, if so what gauge wire and what power source?

Hi. Essential Video Doorbell Wire-Free can optionally be hardwired to an existing 8-24V AC doorbell wiring outlet. This will allow your battery to be automatically trickle charged when not in active operation (recording a stream, ongoing call, etc.).
