hello to all. i bought the videodoorbell when i was at US. now, at home, Southamerica, i am unable to set up the video doorbell 2gen. checking lot of video, i dont have the option to select video doorbell 2n gen at the very begining of the setup.
even the location of the app, while using a VPN on US, its unavaiable.
how can i set up this outside of US?

The workaround is to create an account while using a VPN that is terminated in a country where Arlo offers subscriptions (e.g., the US). Then disconnect the VPN while installing the camera/doorbell.
But you will need a subscription to get cloud storage, so you will also need a US payment method.
