Hi there,
I have three 2K Wireless doorbells, I installed two no problem, but the third will not pair with the hub. I follow exactly the same steps, when I press the "pairing" button for the 3 seconds, blue light starts blinking, app finds the door bell, shows the battery charge, then hit "continue" and it starts to add it, but about 25% on the progress bar, blue light goes out, there is a brief pause, then I get 4 or 5 orange light flashes, the progress bar goes to 100% and I get an "X" telling me it couldn't add the doorbell. I've reset it a couple of time, no luck. I'm thinking it's just a dud and I need to warranty it. Anyone had similar problems? AVD4001 hardware 1.3 firmware 1.7.0_2112_ec3afed

Hi @Longshot421
Is it possible to try adding the device directly to your wifi instead of the Smart Hub.
