Good Morning All,

New to the Arlo universe with this Gen 2 doorbell being my first purchase.  With a previous brand doorbell I would receive not only an email, but included in it were a series (3-5) of pictures from the movement captured.

Is there a way to do this with the Arlo doorbell rather than just an email notification that movement was captured?

TIA

Email notifications were recently dropped so all you can get are push notifications. Assuming you have a subscription (you should have a trial sub now but will need to purchase a paid plan when that expires), you can go to Settings, Home, Smart Notifications and select your camera(s) to edit what notifications you want as well as whether you get an animated preview in that notification.

Thanks for the quick reply!

To make sure I am understanding correctly, the doorbell will now only do push notifications, and a push notification is something that goes to my phone?

Is there any IFTTT integration with the Gen 2 doorbell that can be configured to send pictures captured by the movement being triggered?

Yes, the push notification is for the phone, caused by the app.

I can't speak for any 3rd party integrations and their capabilities - perhaps someone else can jump in here. @JamesC , @ShayneS , @BrookeN ?
