doorbell offline

my doorbell just keep offline. i remove and add device again, only least me one day and offline. i went store change another one and again offline, once it offline never come back

need help asap. 

i have more my doorbell next to router still offline. all other camera is fine

What other cameras? Move the doorbell away from the router a bit - right next to it can be an issue. Try this reset procedure:

i have 4 essential camera works fine. doorbell is actually near front door camera but doorbell stay offline after one day i connect.

How close is that other cameras to your doorbell? What is the house construction?

@al219 - a related factor is the construction of the door and doorframe.  If it is metal (or aluminum-clad) then that could be blocking the signal.
