Trying to purchase a subscription so my doorbell will record again. But every time I try to agree to charge I get this code “aria_directpost_error_6003” or it says payment method absent. What am I doing wrong

@JRIV9  and @Mrcosta1987  can you please try again and let me know if you are able to purchase the subscription successfully.

This was incredibly frustrating. First, they removed the video record to local so you have to purchase a subscription. Then, when you try to do that, the subscription purchase wouldn't process the payment, throwing this weird, cryptic error: "aria_directpost_error_6003". At one point, I got an actual message that said something about the payment wasn't defined in the autopay or something. Like, what? I FINALLY got through selecting the PayPal option, which I did NOT want to do because reasons. But that worked. So, it seems like they won't let you pay with a credit card when purchasing a new subscription. 

Feedback for the support on here: Great response time, but you're so cryptic and just posting "Try again" isn't helpful to anyone else. Please make sure to post the solution so others won't have to get so frustrated and are tempted to switch away from you.
