What was the solution? Because I'm getting this too.
I've had Arlo Home Monitoring for MONTHS now and all of a sudden my payment isn't being accepted??? Correct card number and everything. I go to purchase ANOTHER subscription for my second location and I can't. This is so frustrating.

Still have the same issue. I have tried Chrome and Safari. I have tried iphone 15 pro max and my macbook laptop. I have tried American Express and Visa. No matter what I get the same aria_directpost_error_6003 error every time.

I was able to pay using Paypal. It was the only method that didn't give the same aria_directpost_error_6003 error. You really need to get this fixed though because there are people that don't have paypal.

We need a little more feedback. Rebooting / refreshing isn't fixing the problem. Me and other customers have had our devices already active for months and now have a bricked device essentially.

I see that there are lots of customers with this same issue. Please correct this or I am going to switch to RING immediately. This is aggravating.
Error message when attempting to pay and now it's expired and I'm sure I've lost all recordings.
