I had an original wired doorbell and then upgraded to a 2K, I have a 1 camera secure Plan with time left on it till March of 2025. My 30 day trial just expired and I can't get the doorbell to recognize my existing plan? Help.

I believe you must cancel the existing plan and buy a new one that is specifically for the new doorbell.
