Unable to add doorbell to Arlo Secure App

I am currently unable to add the 2nd Generation Door Bell as a device to the Arlo app. 

 

This is due to the option for 2nd generation Video Door Bell not being present under the doorbell section when adding a device. 

 

Any assistance to have this sorted would be appreciated

Unfortunately, Arlo only allows the Gen 2 doorbell and cameras to be installed in countries where they offer subscriptions.  Jamaica is not one of those countries:

If you created an account in the US (or while connected with a VPN to the US), then you could then disconnect the VPN and install the doorbell.  But I think you would also need a US payment method.
