Is it possible to connect a solar panel to 2nd Generation door bell ?

No. The only method to keep the battery charged is to use any existing wiring from an appropriate transformer. If your house, like mine, doesn't have that wiring, search for a suitable plug-in transformer that could be attached to the doorbell. Here's one example but there are others:
