I've got a first gen doorbell. It works reasonably well, but sometimes when the bell rings it takes forever to connect to the phone app so you can see who's there. By the time it connects the person is long gone. Is this an issue that is addressed in Gen 2?? We have a separate 2.4 network setup for devices like this.

Assuming you have the wireless doorbell (the Gen. 2 doorbell is currently WiFi-only), bring the doorbell indoors for testing. Does it work properly there, even if just inside the door?
